We do not charge our international patient services to our patients additional to the healthcare expenses. Our departments services are absolutely free for our patients.

If you are a new patient, please contact our international patient services department to schedule your appointment. To schedule the appointment, you will need to provide, your name (as it appears on your passport), date of birth, a description of your medical problem and your preferred appointment date. Our specialist r will recommend and also schedule an appointment, with an appropriate doctor.

We gladly organize a complimentary shuttle service or an ambulance service from the airport and hotel. Please let our specialists know about your travel plan and request for pick up. We are always checking the landing time of flights so you don’t need to worry if there is any delay on landing. After collecting your bags please walk to the exit and look for our driver holding a board with your name.

You must provide all relevant information on your medical condition, including scans (X-Ray, MRI, CT, Pet-CT scans on CD or on film), medical history, recent laboratory studies (blood analysis and pathological investigations). Please do not forget to bring paraffin blocks or/and glasses for re-investigation of pathology if needed.

Hospitals accept payment made by either via cash, credit card or wire transfer.

We can recommend several hotels and apartments nearby the hospitals where you and your family members will feel comfortable. Hotel accommodation arrangements can be made according to your budget. We are offering special rates to our patients. Free wireless internet access is available at the hotels. You can also explore other options on your own. If you are hospitalized, one person will be allowed to stay with you in the hospital room. All patient rooms at our associate hospitals are private.

Interpreter will be assigned to assist you during your consultation and treatment procedures. We are providing interpreter services free of charge. English is widely spoken and written by our doctors. If you will need interpreter for other languages please inform . Discharge instructions, and other related medical documents will be translated to English free of charge.

At the time of discharge process, you will participate in a closing conversation with your physician. You will be given the all medical reports and all performed images, as well as possible after treatment recommendations and list of drugs. All medical reports will be translated into English. After this, you will receive the final detailed invoice.
